Serving at TrueHope is a great way to develop friendships, cultivate gifting, and create a space for people to experience Jesus. We really do need one another, and more specifically, we need you. Whatever you are good at, are interested in, or even if you don’t quite know where you fit, we are here to get you connected. Come find your place and help us serve our community.
Pastoral Care
Assists the pastors in ensuring the well-being of individuals and families at TrueHope as well as in our community by checking on them, organizing meals, making cards, etc.
Women's Discipleship Team
They provide the leadership, support, and resources to help women deepen their understanding of faith, develop stronger relationsohips with God, and apply biblical principles to their daily lives.
Community Ministry Team
Dedicated to serving and meeting the needs of the wider community and city. They assist in developing our outreach ministries to meet needs and further the sharing of the Gospel.
NextGeneration Team
Focused on engaging and discipling kids and students from birth to 18. They assist in strategizing, developing, and carrying out disciple-making methods & community building gatherings.
Operations Team
Responsible for managing the logistical and administrative aspects of the church's activities and functions. They ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing the church to fulfill its mission effectively.
Administration and Finance Team
Works with the Operation Team in managing the financial and administrative aspects of TrueHope. Oversees budgeting, financial planning, accounting and reporting to ensure the proper stewardship of the church's resources.
Worship & Tech Team
Guiding and facilitating the worship experience for Sunday and other gatherings, as well as running the technical aspects such as the computer, sound board, etc.
Men's Discipleship Team
They provide the leadership, support, and resources to help men deepen their understanding of faith, develop stronger relationships with God, and apply biblical principles to their daily lives.
Food and Kitchen Team
Coordinates community meals and any event involving food, including Wednesday night meals. They also are responsible for ordering food and supplies needed for these meals.
Missions Team
Passionate about disciple-making outside of Grant County and creating a culture for love, compassion, and the message of hope to people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Design Team
Responsible for creating and implementing visual elements that enhance the overall atmosphere. They focus on the interior and digital designs and aesthetics to ensure the physical spaces, branding, and communication materials reflect the values and mission effectively.
Grounds and Maintenance Team
Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas, including landscaping, lawn care, and general property tasks.
